INTRODUCED IN HOUSE FORTY-ONE MISCELLANEOUS CLAUSES (F.0.P.R.) WELLINGTON. Dec. ,12. Forty-one provisions of a miscellaneous nature are contained in the Finance Bill (No. 3), which was introduced and read a first time in the House of Representatives to-day.
