ONE-FIFTH OF NORWAY
EVACUATED BY GERMANS (Rec. 11 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 19. The Germans have evacuated about one-fifth of Norway, stated the Ger-man-controlled Oslo radio last night. The evacuated area was stated to be in Northern Norway. Moscow radio stated that the Germans are destroying the port of Tronrso, the population of which has been forced to leave.
