(Rec. 8.30 p m.) RUGBY, Nov. 18. A Post Office official stated to-day that according to a report from Bangkok, some 2000 letters fr in Britain, various Empire countries, and the United States were delivered to civilian internees in Bangkok in July. Although letters _ appear _ to have been delivered occasionally in the past this was the largest delivery yet made at a civilian internment camp.
