ALBANIAN CAPITAL
EVACUATED BY GERMANS (Rec. 9 p.m.) LONDON. Nov. 18. The Germans have evacuated the Albanian capital of Tirana, says the German News Agency. The latest Jugoslav communique, issued some hours earlier, reported violent street fighting in Tirana.
