UNPRECEDENTED CONCENTRATIONS RUGBY, Oct. 22. Russian artillery concentration has reached an unprecedented high mark on the eve of the decisive battles in Central Europe, states a Moscow message. In many sectors of the offensive the number of guns per kilometre is nearly 300. Some 20.000 guns participated in one of the latest of the Red Army's operations.
