OVERSEAS SERVICEMEN BRITISH LAW ALTERED . LONDON, -Oct. 8. Legislation has been introduced to allow either servicemen from overseas jhe British women they have married during the war to bring divorce proceedings in British courts. At present a British woman who marries a foaiv from overseas acquires her husband s domicile— that of his permanent h °2? e ~£ nd loses her previous domicile. _ The . Lord Chancellor, Lord Simon said the measure would avoid the present necessity of a British wife having to go to the country of her husband’s domicile to obtain a divorce.
