MR SULLIVAN’S ARRIVAL

COMMENT ON AVIATION (Rec. 10 p.m.) WASHINGTON, Oct. 21. The New Zealand Minister of Supply, Mr D. G. Sullivan, head of the Dominion’s delegation to the International Air Conference, has arrived in Washington for consultations before going to Montreal for Empire talks.
