BOXER INJURED
MOTOR CAR OVERTURNS 1 (P.A.) AUCKLAND, Oct. 8. A well-known Auckland boxer, Vivian Gordon, of Otahuhu, was seriously injured when the car in which he was travelling overturned on the Main South road at-Te Kauwhata toni The car was proceeding north, and on turning a comer a tyre blew out. The vehicle turned over twice, and Gordon received a fractured skull. He was removed to the Waikato Hospital in a dangerously ill condition.
