REPAIRING WAR DAMAGE
POSSIBLE USE OF GERMANS RUGBY, Oct. 5. Answering a question in the House of Commons, the Deputy Prim<§ Minister, Mr C. R. Attlee, said that when fixing the armistice terms the desirability would be borne in mind of sending organised bodies of Germans to make good the devastation other than military deliberately organised in occupied countries.
