GERMAN DECREES

HITLER YOUTH AFFECTED VIRTUAL DISBANDMENT (Rec. 10 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 6. New decrees issued by Goebbels over the Berlin radio provide, first, that owing to a shortage of civilian doctors and the air terror it has become increasingly difficult to give medical care to the population. Thirdly, no Nazi Party service, Hitler Ycfuth efficiency, or marksman’s badges will be awarded. Fourthly, party training instruction has to be cut to the bone. Fifthly, the majority of the party's official publications will be closed down. Sixthly, all party research and planning will be discontinued. Seventhly, Hitler Youth cultural efficiency competitions will be suspended. Eighthly, Hitler Youth sport training centres, and household, technical, and music schools' will be closed. Ninthly, the German Labour front will close down its educational institutions. Tenthly, the collection of party and similar contributions will cease, Goebbels also told housewives to expect less bread, coffee, and cooking fats.
