DAILY INTERCESSION
O God, Who hast in all ages done great things for those whose confidence has been placed m t Thee, .grant unto our people such a faith that .'they may be steadfast until the trials they are called upon to endure way be ended and the victory won. Map they not be unmindful of their continued- dependence upon Thy grace ana mercy. When the final triumph is granted may they remember to give to Thee the glory, and so to serve Thee m their national and their private lives that the purposes of Thy great kingdom may be advanced m all the world. Take from us whatsoever Thou dost see that hinders, and may the spirit of Jesus Christ, Thy Son, be ever present in our hearts to bring forth those gracious fruits that make for peace. Amen.
