SCOUT NEWS
The annual birthday celebration of St. Luke's GVoup will be held to-night. A meeting of* parents of Cubs and Scouts will be held in the Eveline Centennial Hall on Wednesday to discuss the formation of a new Scout troop at Eveline. The following officers were elected at the annilal meeting of the Columba group on Thursday night: Chairman, Mr G. Knowles; secretary, Mr A. Wallace. The Rev. L. W. Rothwell was appointed chaplain to the group. A meeting of all Gubmasters and Scoutmasters of the district will be held in Holmes Hall on Monday at 7.30.
