HIRE OF POT PLANTS
For some years the Reserves Department has been hiring palms and pot plants to users of the Town Hall and Concert Chamber on payment of a small charge, plus cartage. Owing to the number of breakages and losses the committee has decided to discontinue this service. This decision will not affect the supply of plants, etc., for civic functions, and it will still be possible to hire trees in pots and tubs.
