LEADER DIES AFTER ILLNESS NEW YORK, Oct. 5. Tokio radio has announced the death of Mtisuru Toyama, aged 90, the head of the Black Dragon Society, after a long illness. The Black Dragon Society is reputed to have more power than the Emperor, and Toyama was considered the unofficial arbiter of life or death in the empire, possessing a great retinue of young thugs responsible for countless murders of unpopular politicians, statesmen, and army men.
