, ANOTHER DRAFT RETURNS ARRIVING THIS AFTERNOON Another draft of men who have been brought back from the Pacific to enter essential industries will arrive by the express at 4.18 p.m. to-day. Arrangements have been made to have an enclosure roped off at the south end of the station for the convenience of friends and relatives of the men returning. Admission to the enclosure will be by the production of a telegram from Base Records or from a member of the draft, and the holder of such a telegram will be permitted to nominate other relatives for. entry.
