Mornington.—The hall was taxed to full capacity. Mrs Dodd presided. After the reading of the aims and objects of the association, the president introduced the speaker, Nurse Muirhead, who gave a talk on social diseases.' Caversham.—The members met at Mrs Isaac’s home for an instructive demonstration by Mrs Wright in the making of bed and travelling rugs. Musselburgh Rise.—Miss Purvis entertained members with an interesting account of her travels in America just prior to the outbreak of war. •
Rothesay.—The, members met at the home of Mrs Manson, where willing offers of help for a patriotic effort were made. Miss Stevenson gave an account of the founding of the association by Professor Strong in 1922. Members are urged to give full support to the bring-and-buy sale for patriotic funds on Thursday.
