TIME FOR OFFENSIVE LONDON, June 15. “The time has now come- for a Japanese offensive in East Asia.” said General Tojo in a speech in Tokio when meeting the Munitions Supply Committee. ‘‘The first signs of our determined drive can be seen in the offensive strategy initiated in China, in the Honan Province, and on the Indo-Burmese frontier.”
