DAILY INTERCESSION
O God, we pray for Thy Great Church in all its forms and manifestations, set amid the perplexities of a changing order and the tribulations and trials of war. Bestow upon Thy people a quicker responsivejiess to duty, a greater compassion with suffering, an utter loyalty to the will of God. Give to them the prophet’s ready scorn of tyranny and a determination alioays to uphold the right. In love and in service may Thine oivn work for the Day of the Lord.
