FOUR NEW MEMBERS Four new members —Dr D. G. McMillan, Dr M. F. H. Bl&in, Mr R. F. Barr, and Mr M. Connelly, M.L.C.—were elected to the City Council. With the exception of Mr Barr, who is a representative of the Citizens’ Association, they are all members of the Labour Party. Three sitting councillors—Messrs E. J. Smith, J. Wilson, and M. C.
