ONE-DAY TOURNAMENT The following is the draw for the oneday bowling tournament to be held on the Leith green to-day, commencing at 8.30 a.m.:—Purdie v. Butterfield; Keeley v. McGregor; Jones v. Sanderson; Chettleburgh v. Armstrong; Hogg v. Kiach; Coombs v. Jackson; Devereaux v. Travers: Longworth v. Barr.

While being conveyed with a party of six to Kaikorai, a relative of one pf the soldiers returning on furlough had the misfortune yesterday to lose a purse containing a sum of money. It is thought the purse was left in the motor car carrying the party, and the owner of the car is requested to communicate with the chief traffic inspector, Mr E. H. Barrett, this morning.
