GERMANS IN FRANCE
DESTROYING LANDING. FIELDS LONDON, Feb. 9.' The Germans are digging ditches on all ground in France on which Allied planes might land. The Berne correspondent of the Daily Telegraph says that Allied planes have been landing each night on French soil, bringing French resistance chiefs and foreign agents to and fromFrance. Aircraft have also been landing quantities of arms and materials for French pfatriots.
