AMERICAN PRESIDENCY
MR WILLKIE’S POSITION LONDON, Feb. 8. Mr Wendell Willkie told reporters at Salt Lake City that he would welcome nomination for the Presidency if it could be achieved by “ speaking out his beliefs.” The United States.Vice-President, .Mr Henry A. Wallace, said in San Francisco that he believed that President Roosevelt would' stand for a fourth term as President.
