Sir, —I see that not only men, but girls and women are being forced by our tyrannical Government to leave home and go to Wellington, even although their, services are greatly needed here. Must we put up with this tyranny? One of the chief objects seems to be the depopulation of Dunedin. What I cannot understand is the meek surrender of our people. If I were young enough to work I should defy every member of our tyrannical Government if It would encourage others to do likewise to save New Zealand from further injustice and degradation.—l am, etc., Revolt.
