CHANGEABLE WITH SHOWERS Forecast for Otago.—The following offiial weather forecast for Otago, covering tie ensuing 24 hours, was issued at 5 .m., yesterday by the Meteorological Ofce in Wellington:Fresh westerly winds, backing to south-westerly; weather changeable, with showery periods; temperatures becoming colder. Further Outlook.—Fair intervals increasing. ■ yj Weather in Dunedin.—Light rain fell ssterday morning, but conditions imroved later and the afternoon was warm id sunny. There was a light north-west ind for most of the day, but it changed, ter to the south-west. The barometer lowed a falling tendency, the midnight :ading being 29.85 in (1011 millibars).
