NEW AMERICAN AIR ACE
(Rec. 7 p.m.) NEW YORK, Jan. 6. It is officially announced that Major Gregor Boyington, of the marines, has equalled the American ace record by shooting down 26 enemy planes. Major Boyington equals the record set by Captain Rickenbacker in the last war and by Major Joseph Foss in this war.
