FAIR WITH SCATTERED MIST Forecast for ©tagi>.“- i The following offl-' cial weather forecast for Otago, covering the ensuing 24 hours, was issued at 5 p.m. yesterday by the Meteorological Office in Wellington:— Moderate to fresh north-easterly winds; scattered coastal mist, but weather fair otherwise; temperature* warmer. Further Outlook. —Mainly fair. Weather in Dunedin. —The weather yes- ' terday was again fine, with a long period of bright sunshine. A fresh north-easterly breeze prevailed. The barometer fell steadily, the midnight reading being 50.06 inches (1018 millibars). The following are the meteorological observations taken yesterday at the Daily Times Office:— 8 a.m. Noon. 6 p.m. m’nt.
