According to Stockholm reports, the Bulgarian War Minister is the only Minister retained in office. A state of siege hasbeen ordered, as well as general mobilisation.
The Berne correspondent of tiie New York Times says the Germans are reported to have taken over complete control of the Bulgarian telephones, telegraphs, and railways. The -'Evening Standard’s Berne correspondent says the Bulgarian people are convinced that Germany has lost the war, and their fate depends on how soon they can cut their bonds with Hitler.
