CLOUDY WITH MORNING MIST Forecast for Otago.—The following official weather forecast for Otago, covering the ensuing 24 hours, was issued at 5 p.m. yesterday by the Meteorological Office in Wellington:— Moderate to fresh north-easterly winds; weather cloudy, with scattered morning mist or drizzle; temperatures moderate. Further Outlook.—Fair to cloudy and mild. Weather in Dunedin—The weather yesterdav was mainly -fine-and • sunny, witty mild temperatures. There was a slight north-easterly breeze in the morning, which increased in strength later in the day. The barometer remained steady, and at midnight the reading was 30.35 inches (1028 millibars).
