NEW GERMAN ATROCITIES LONDON, Nov. 14.

A report by the Soviet Atrocity Commission states that the Germans lit human bonfires before being driven from liberated areas in Russia. In one of these holocausts 270 old men, women, and children were burned alive in a barn at a village in Chernigov province. The report adds that the Germans deliberately starved to death tens of thousands of Russian prisoners. More than 50,000 civilians were killed by .hunger, torture, .and shooting in the Donbas.

A supplementary Russian communique says'' over 4000 Russian citizens who were being driven away to forced labour in Germany were liberated when the Red Army captured Chepovichi.
