FAIR TO FINE Forecast for Otago.—The following official weather forecast for Otago, covering the ehsuing 24 hours, was issued at 5 p.myesterday by the Meteorological Office in Wellington:— Moderate to fresh north-easterly to northerly winds; weather fair to fine, apart from some scattered low cloud or mist near the coast; temperature* moderate to mild. Further Outlook.—Rather unsettled, with occasional rain in the west. Weather in Dunedin.—The weather yesterday was fine and warm with almost uninterrupted sunshine.
