Messrs R. S. McKenzie, Ltd., report having sold, on behalf of the Public Trustee In the estate of James Graham Power, a vacant cottage property at 19 Dundonald street. There was good competition. Bidding started at £350 and quickly rose to £505, at which price the property changed hands. On Saturday morning the same auctioneers sold to a cash purchaser, on behalf of Mr D. G. Mowat, architect, now of Wellington, his bungalow residence and approximately one acre of grounds known as 76 Cannington road. The price realised was £1750.
