BANGKOK EVACUATED
DANGER OF AIR RAIDS LONDON, Sept. 28. Bangkok, the capital of Japanesecontrolled Siam, is being evacuated because of the danger of air raids, says the German overseas radio. Appeals to evacuate the city were broadcast by the Siamese radio.
