Denying foreign reports that General Chiang Kai-shek was invited to Quebec, Chinese officials expressed deep disappointment that China was not participating in the conferences, says the Chungking correspondent of the United Press. Meanwhile, the press, in apparently inspired articles, urges the calling of conferences to discuss a Far Eastern offensive.
