Will your correspondent " Sincerity ’’ indicate in what way one can help?—l am, etc., Dunedin, August 13. Interested. [A correspondent, “ Observant,” writing on this subject, suggests that the Chinese living in security in New Zealand should be the first to provide help for their famine-stricken countrymen in China.
