RESTRICTION OF SALES TO NORTH ISLAND (P.A.) WELLINGTON, Aug. 12. The South Island seed potatoes control order, which was gazetted to-night, provides that, from August 14, no seed potatoes -may be .sold by a grower.or wholesaler in the South Island —to a grower, Wholesaler, dr retailer ih the North Island, except with the consent of the primary industries controller. Where any such seed potatoes have been sold to a North Island purchaser before the commencement of this order, but have not been shipped from the South Island, the contract of sale shall be deemed to be revoked by , this order, .unless ?J de-i livery is permitted, by,. ,t,be„,,■ pontroller.iSf
