GERMANS IN NORWAY
REPORTS OF EVACUATION DISCOUNTED (Rec. 11.15 p.m.) LONDON, Aug. 10. The best-informed Norwegian circles, says the Stockholm correspondent of The Times, have no information about German military evacuation of Norway, concerning which reports have been circulating since Sweden, cancelled the transit agreement. Some troop movements between southern Norway and Jutland have been going on for some time, but complete evacuation would require an amount of ship tonnage far exceeding that used.
