General Ramirez tola the press that he does not intend to establish a permanent military dictatorship or any type of Government other than the democratic regime laid down in the Argentine Constitution. In a speech earlier he denied supporting -ideologies alien to the Argentine mind. "As we develop our internal policy we shall strengthen our friendly relations with the American peoples,” he said, “ and undertake their defence with firmness. The fulfilment of our commitments will be accomplished when the circumstances demand it.” '
