The use of such Bottles by other persons is illegal. All such Bottles, when 'emptied of their original contents, must forthwith on demand be delivered either to the company whose name and brand appears thereon, or to its Agent appointed in that behalf. NOTICE IS HEREBY'GIVEN that Legal Proceedings will be taken against anyone wrongfully using, dealing in, or retaining such Bottles.
