IN CASE OF INVASION
INSTRUCTIONS TO' SWEDES (Rec. 1.15 a.m.) LONDON. July 16. Instructions to the Swedish people what to do in the event of invasion were broadcast over the Swedish radio last night by a Government official, who said civilians should report as fighting volunteers at the nearest military units. Civilians could also form partisan groups. “The population in a locality not occupied by the enemy can on their own initiative take up arms and fight the enemy, even if the population has not had time to organise a partisan corps.”
