PLEA OF NOT GUILTY

CHARGES AGAINST EDITOR NEW YORK, July 9. Frederick Heizer Wright, copy editor of the Daily News, pleaded not guilty in the Federal Court and was remanded for trial until August 9. Bail was fixed at 5000 dollars.
