PLOT AGAINST MUSSOLINI
(Rec. 0.15 a.m.) LONDON, July 12. The Fascist police discovered a plot against Signor Mussolini in Taranto province; says Moscow radio, quoting an Istanbul report.' Dr Vorelle, the prefect of Taranto, and Dr Peronne. the local secretary of the Fascist Party, have been arrested, and there have been mass arrests among the Fascist district leaders in Taranto.
