LATEST WAR BOOKS
NEW ZEALAND INTEREST (Rec. 11 p.m.) CAIRO Ma.v 31. .(N.Z.E.F. Official News Service) Two bcoks which have been published in Cairo and are of particular interest to New Zealanders are enjoying satisfactory sales in the Middle East. The first, which has been in keen demand since it was produced two months ago, is "We Saw it Happen.” It contains 32 reproductions of the work cf war artist, Captain Peter Mclntyre, whose paintings enjoy a wide reputation. The latest edition to war books is “ Kiwi Saga,” written by a New Zealand artillery sergeant, Martyn Uren, whose autobiographical story covers the activities of men of the N.Z.E.F. in the Middle East campaigns.
