FAIR TO FINE Forecast for Otago —The following official weather forecast for Otago, covering the ensuing 24 hours, was issued at 5 p.m. yesterday by the Meteorological Office iA Wellington:— I Moderate norlh-easterly to northerly winds; weather fair to fine, apart from some morning fogs; moderate day temperatures. Further Outlook.—Occasional rain developing in the western ranges, and later a cold southerly change. Weather in Dunedin.—Frosty weather was experienced again yesterday, and the sun shone brightly. There was a light easterly breeze. The barometer was steady, the midnight reading being 30.31 in (1026 millibars). The following are the meteorological observations taken yesterday at the Daily Times Office:— 8 a.m. Noon. 6 p.m. M nt.
