FOUR A DAY
DELIVERY OF /LIBERTY SHIPS (Rec. 8.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, May 29. The 1000th liberty ship has been delivered at New Orleans. The deputy administrator of war shipping. Vice-admiral Howard Vickery, congratulating American shipyards, announced that Liberty ships are being delivered at the rate of four a day, and the delivery of ships of all types has reached five a day.
