LEAVING FOR RUSSIA
SPANISH CONTINGENT (Rec. 1.30 a.m.) LONDON, Apl. 30. The Madrid correspondent of the Exchange Telegraph says a contingent of the Spanish Blue Division, comprising 970 officers, n.c.o.'s, and men, is leaving for Germany to-morrow, en route to the Russian front.
