FALL FROM FIRE ESCAPE

ELDERLY FARMER’S DEATH

Mr Charles Fortescue Adams, a farmer aged 69, who was a patient in the Public Hospital, was found in a dying condition at the foot of a fire escape' in the Hospital grounds early yesterday morning. The deceased, a married man, who lived at Beaumont, was missed from the Alexandra Ward,, which is on the third floor, shortly after five o clock.
