Excepting howver that portion thereof commencing at le intersection of High and Princes reets continuing thence in a Northasterly direction along High street for a istance of approximately 81 chains which ortion is used in connection with the ingle loop line of Tramway authorised y Order in Council No. 2 dated the bth ay of February 1922. ROUTE No. 4: A double line of Tramray commencing at the intersection of [owe street and Castle street on the said ouble line (Clause 3) thence along Howe treet in a Westerly direction connecting nth the aforesaid double line in George Ireet (Clause 1).
