(Rec. 11 p.m.) LONDON, Apl. 21. Members of the R.N.Z.N.V.R have been promoted as follows: —Temporary lieutenants: A. W. Buchan (Dunedin), R. M. Chambers (Havelock North). Temporary acting sub-lieutenants: D. F. O’Connor and W. G. A. Smith (Wellington), A. S. Arlidge, C. P. Bery, J. L. Clarkhall, and L. C. Nisbet (Hamilton). Members of the Fleet Air Arm promoted to temporary lieutenants are:— A. W. Lawrence (Wairarapa), G. P. Bourke (Wellington). D. S. Hill (Auckland), C. D. Jacobsen, A. Monro, and B. D. McMillan. Promoted tc temporary acting sub-lieutenants: K. R. Stevens, A. R- Andrew, and D. H. Meiklejohn.
