ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES
ELDERLY WOMAN'S DEATH An elderly woman, Miss Agnes Galt, aged 69, residing at 518 George street, collapsed while in a tram near her residence yesterday afternoon. On being taken to the Public Hospital, she was found to be dead. An inquest will not be necessary. CYCLIST KILLED (P.A.) MASTERTON, Mar. 12. Mr Isaac John Hardley, married, aged 52, was knocked down by a motor car while cycling along Norfolk road, Masterton, last night, and died on the way to hospital.
