TREPIDATION IN GERMANY NEW YORK, (Rec. 1 a.m.) Feb. 8. The New York Times in an editorial recalls that every flight abroad by Mr Churchill has resulted in a sudden and unexpected attack against the enemy. Therefore the Casablanca and Turkish meetings are causing “jitters ” and confusion in Germany. “ There is no doubt,” the New York Times adds, “ that this confusion is exactly what Mr Churchill set out to achieve.
